Who would you most like to have working with you on Council ?

 I  wonder how many of our candidates have thought about this ? 
I mean if you just want a stint at Mayor you just need to just spend your 4 yrs being nice. 
I mean if you don't know anything about soil , water , engineering and ecological  processes you  might prefer to just make citizens in your ward get expensive reports from Melbourne  to agree with them about they want to do.  


You might like to pretend to read over 500 pages of briefings and pretend you understand, let the planners decide or you might like to trust one or two other councilors who really know something about land and how it is best used. 

There must be lots of reasons to talk to each other.   
The only ones that make sense to us are that you seek to form a group of people who know things about the area and its land and how to use it , After all the staff you work with are most likely just as ignorant of how things work as they migarte in each day to work .
Do you have a recipe to avoid just wasting time ? Maybe you need a ward to keep the country in the loop?
